Getting Started

How do I create a Scrubbles Account?

Go to the Scrubbles booking page and fill in your details. When you’ve made your booking, we’ll send you an email with your username and temporary password. There will be a link to click on which will enable you to change your password. That’s it! we’ll save your details so it’s easier for you next time you need to book.

Do you service my area?

We are always looking to branch out. If we don’t currently service your area, we soon will, so if you’ve entered your postcode and have been unsuccessful with your booking, we will keep your postcode on record and contact you when we are able to visit!

What’s included in each cleaning service?

We think that your home should be cleaned to a standard you are happy with. We start by doing the basics, but we do the basics really, very well.

Please take a look at our what’s included page for a full breakdown of what is included with each level of our Scrubbles service. We will also leave a  check list after each clean so you can see exactly what we’ve been up to.

How much will it cost?

Go to our booking page and you can see the prices as you go. We offer a fixed price per clean instead of an hourly rate, so you know we’ll get the job done no matter how long it takes us. We also offer discounts if you book a regular clean with us!

Can I request special tasks or extras?

When you are completing the booking form you are able to add services such as cleaning your oven, the inside of your fridge etc. There is also a comments box at the bottom of the page where you can add any further requests.

Why can’t I book a clean with my postcode?

Unfortunately as we are a small Bristol based company, we can’t be everywhere at once. We are, however, always looking to branch out. If you have entered your postcode and we can’t come to your area, we will keep your postcode & email address in a safe place so that we know you need us, and when we begin servicing your area, we will contact you to let you know.

How do I log into my account?

Simply go to our login page and enter your username and password. Once you have done that you will go through to our booking page where you can make your next booking. Please note when you first book with Scrubbles you will receive an email which includes your username and temporary password. If you’d like to change this password please follow the link included in the email.

How do I reset my password?

Everybody forgets things from time to time. If you need to reset your password please follow this link, enter your username/email address and you will then receive an email allowing you to change it.

How do I change my payment details?

Every time you make a new booking you will have the opportunity to enter new payment details.

How do I book my first appointment?

Go to the booking page. Fill out the form about your house and what kind of clean you’d like on the first page. Then continue to the next page and you will be able to enter your address and contact information. Payment is the last step and then your booking is complete!

Pricing & Policies

How do I use my Scrubbles vouchers?

We are firm believers in rewarding our loyal customers so we send out vouchers on a daily basis. In order to use your voucher please pop it in the box provided when going through the booking process.

Can I apply a voucher to an existing booking?

You can’t apply a voucher to an existing booking, only one which you are about to make.

Are vouchers for first time customers only?

Not at all. We value our repeat customers so keep an eye out for the Scrubbles emails and take advantage of any offers we are running.

I’ve received a voucher but Scrubbles do not cover my area, what should I do?

Give us a ring on 0800 505 3302 or email and we will see what we can do to help.

Trust & Safety

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We will do everything in our power to rectify any issue that may arise. If, for any reason, you are not totally happy with your clean please let us know as soon as you can.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Keeping your information safe is extremely important to us so we have taken every possible step to ensure we are using nothing but the most secure systems.

Do your cleaning professionals go through a background check?

All of our cleaners are hand picked, tried and tested. They all go through a thorough interview process including reference checks and test cleans before we allow them to be part of our team.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We are so sure you will love our online booking process, the easy way in which we do things and the finished job of your clean home, that if you do have any issues with your clean, let us know within 48 hours of your appointment and we will send a cleaner back for free to rectify the issue.

What is your refund policy?

If someone didn’t cancel their appointment and we therefore couldn’t book you in when you want because we’re too busy, imagine how disappointed you’d feel. Please remember to let us know if you need to change or cancel any appointment, so that someone else can have your space. For a full refund please cancel your service more than 24 hours in advance. Otherwise an admin charge of £20 will be applied.

Who will my cleaner be?

Once you have booked through the Scrubbles site you will receive a confirmation email which will contain the name of your cleaner. We have high standards and so do our professional cleaners so rest assured you will be as happy with them as we are.


Do I need to be home?

You don’t need to be home, you can leave your key with a neighbour or in a secure place. Just leave instructions in the comments box when you make your booking, or, if its a last minute thing just give us a ring to let us know where to find your key.

How do I tell you how happy I am with my clean?

Scrubbles is a growing company. If you love the simple and reliable way we do things, or if you think we could do something better- please let us know by sending an email to We like to use great feedback on our website so that new customers know how good we are. If you don’t want us to use your comments please make sure you say so.


How do I refer my friends and family?

We know you don’t want to share the secret of how you have such a sparkly, shiny, clean home but we promise, it will be worth it! We think word of mouth is the best kind of advertising, so if you refer your friends and family to us you get an extra reward for being so lovely, and when they book, they get a reward too! Once you’ve booked you will be emailed a referral code for your friends to use. This code will entitle them to £5 off and once they have booked we will send you a £5 voucher to use for your next booking.


Does my cleaner get treated fairly?

Ask them! Our professional cleaners do such a good job for our customers and we pay them accordingly. In fact they are some of the highest paid in the area.

Can I leave my pet at home?

Yes. If you have a pet which our cleaner will come across please write what kind of animal you have in the comments box when you make your booking. We will then make sure your professional cleaner is fully informed. If your dog has a bed or an area to stay while we’re doing the hoovering, please let us know that too. If you have 30 different kinds of snakes in your living room, we’d like to know!
